STUDIO: Solarplate Printmaking Workshop

Get a taste of printmaking with TECHSPRESSIONISM artist and master printmaker Dan Welden. This four-hour Solarplate printmaking workshop includes a demonstration and instruction where participants will experience the excitement of creativity through printmaking. Artists will draw/paint on prepared grained glass (supplied) and process a 8x8 inch Solarplate. Please bring a folder to transport your completed work home. This workshop has a class size of 12.

During Dan Welden’s 50+ year career as an artist, he has shown work in more than 95 solo exhibitions globally and his non-toxic approach to printmaking is highlighted with the development of the Solarplate technique.
