FILM: ON THE WATER + IN THE FIELD

On the Water + In the Field is a news magazine show produced by Cornell Cooperative Extension Marine Program that seeks to educate the public on current projects, issues, and research pertaining to our marine environment. The episode to be screened at this event features stories covering topics including shellfish restoration in Southampton Town waters, Sagg Pond groundwater remediation efforts in partnership with Peconic Land Trust, the status of the kelp aquaculture industry on Long Island, Back to the Bay Initiative updates, and more! Guests will be invited to mingle with CCE staff and collaborators featured in the show prior to the screening, while enjoying complimentary small bites and wine.
