RitmoFit is a fitness and wellness journey with live drumming and percussion; designed to sculpt and strengthen women’s bodies and minds in a concert setting, mixing elements of Tabata, Dance, Calisthenics, Kundalini Yoga, Martial Arts, Breathwork, and Air Drumming.
